Purpose of the contract<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c4fc5da elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c4fc5da\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"866\" data-end=\"1119\">FLAMENCO TELECOM (brand of Instalaciones T\u00e9cnicas Avanzadas SL, CIF: B23786791), with registered office at Calle Principado de Asturias 2, 1\u00ba A, 23009, Ja\u00e9n, offers telecommunications services under these General Contracting Conditions (CGC).<\/p><p data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1329\">Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is mandatory prior to activating any service. Rates, billing and payments<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-44824af elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"44824af\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul data-start=\"2115\" data-end=\"2420\"><li data-start=\"2115\" data-end=\"2185\"><p data-start=\"2117\" data-end=\"2185\">Current rates and promotions are available on our website.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2186\" data-end=\"2283\"><p data-start=\"2188\" data-end=\"2283\">Billing is monthly and may include setup, installation, maintenance, and equipment fees.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2284\" data-end=\"2369\"><p data-start=\"2286\" data-end=\"2369\">Payment by direct debit or other means is permitted upon request.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2370\" data-end=\"2420\"><p data-start=\"2372\" data-end=\"2420\">Access to emergency services is free.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 data-start=\"2422\" data-end=\"2445\">In case of non-payment:<\/h4><ul data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2722\"><li data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2519\"><p data-start=\"2448\" data-end=\"2519\">Surcharges, late payment interest and reconnection costs may apply.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2520\" data-end=\"2611\"><p data-start=\"2522\" data-end=\"2611\">Measures such as collateral requests, deposits, or service restrictions may be taken.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2612\" data-end=\"2722\"><p data-start=\"2614\" data-end=\"2722\">The company may issue electronic invoices. Right to disconnect<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-327ad43 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"327ad43\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"375\" data-end=\"487\">The Client may request the <strong data-start=\"405\" data-end=\"486\">Disconnection of premium rate services and international calls<\/strong>.<\/p><ul data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"899\"><li data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"565\"><p data-start=\"491\" data-end=\"565\">The request must be made through Customer Service.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"644\"><p data-start=\"568\" data-end=\"644\">FLAMENCO TELECOM will carry out the disconnection within a maximum period of <strong data-start=\"632\" data-end=\"643\">10 days<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"790\"><p data-start=\"647\" data-end=\"790\">If this deadline is not met for reasons not attributable to the Client, <strong data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"760\">FLAMENCO TELECOM will assume the resulting costs<\/strong> from the service not disconnected.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"791\" data-end=\"899\"><p data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"899\">The <strong data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"810\">reconnection<\/strong> either <strong data-start=\"813\" data-end=\"840\">subsequent deactivation<\/strong> These services also require an express request.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d68e6b e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5d68e6b\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3957c81 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3957c81\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. Responsibility and quality of service<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a9f28d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a9f28d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"953\" data-end=\"1188\">FLAMENCO TELECOM is committed to offering a quality service, but if a <strong data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1068\">temporary interruption<\/strong>, the Client will be entitled to a <strong data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1130\">automatic compensation<\/strong>, which will be applied to the next bill (if it exceeds \u20ac1).<\/p><h4 data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1212\">Compensations:<\/h4><ul data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1424\"><li data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1424\"><p data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1424\">It will be calculated as the <strong data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1251\">higher value<\/strong> between:<br \/>a) Average billed for services in the last 3 months, prorated.<br \/>b) Five times the monthly subscription fee, prorated by the interruption time.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1445\">For Internet:<\/h4><ul data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1586\"><li data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1586\"><p data-start=\"1448\" data-end=\"1586\">If the interruption is greater than <strong data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"1517\">6 hours continuous or intermittent<\/strong> (between 8:00 and 22:00), the proportional part of the fee is returned.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 data-start=\"1588\" data-end=\"1613\">Quality guaranteed:<\/h4><ul data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1792\"><li data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1792\"><p data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1792\">FLAMENCO TELECOM commits to a time of interruption <strong data-start=\"1675\" data-end=\"1728\">no more than 48 hours per billing period<\/strong>If this is not met, a prorated monthly fee will be applied.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"1811\">Exclusions:<\/h4><p data-start=\"1812\" data-end=\"1854\">No compensation is payable if the interruption is due to:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1976\"><li data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1886\"><p data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"1886\">Customer non-payments or fraud.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"1923\"><p data-start=\"1889\" data-end=\"1923\">Client equipment in poor condition.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"1976\"><p data-start=\"1926\" data-end=\"1976\">Breach of third party code of conduct.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 data-start=\"1978\" data-end=\"2001\">Responsibilities:<\/h4><ul data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2318\"><li data-start=\"2002\" data-end=\"2206\"><p data-start=\"2004\" data-end=\"2068\">FLAMENCO TELECOM <strong data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2054\">is not responsible for damages<\/strong> caused by:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2071\" data-end=\"2206\"><li data-start=\"2071\" data-end=\"2116\"><p data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2116\">Terminals not supplied by the company.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2119\" data-end=\"2159\"><p data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2159\">Foreign applications or configurations.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2162\" data-end=\"2206\"><p data-start=\"2164\" data-end=\"2206\">Loss or theft of the SIM card or keys.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li data-start=\"2207\" data-end=\"2318\"><p data-start=\"2209\" data-end=\"2318\">It is guaranteed <strong data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2258\">secrecy of communications<\/strong>, except in cases required by law (judicial intervention).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 data-start=\"2320\" data-end=\"2348\">Call Privacy:<\/h4><ul data-start=\"2349\" data-end=\"2491\"><li data-start=\"2349\" data-end=\"2491\"><p data-start=\"2351\" data-end=\"2491\">The Client may request <strong data-start=\"2378\" data-end=\"2414\">do not display your number on calls<\/strong>This option is available by contacting Customer Service.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4a2c9fd e-con-full e-flex wpr-particle-no wpr-jarallax-no wpr-parallax-no wpr-sticky-section-no e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"4a2c9fd\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-634dfdc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"634dfdc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. El acceso a servicios de emergencia es gratuito. En caso de impago: Se podr\u00e1n aplicar recargos, intereses de demora y costes de reconexi\u00f3n. Compensaciones: Se calcular\u00e1 como el mayor valor entre:a) Promedio facturado por los servicios en los \u00faltimos 3 meses, prorrateado.b) Cinco veces la cuota mensual de abono, prorrateada por el tiempo de interrupci\u00f3n.
